Where does Knowza Tech ship to?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at info@knowzatech.online if you need to make changes.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@knowzatech.online with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@knowzatech.online to start the return process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. Our home appliances and electronics come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are included with each product. For warranty claims contact us directly.
